Finger Licking Slow Cooked BBQ Chicken

Finger Licking Slow Cooked BBQ Chicken

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook Time: 360 Minutes
  • Total Time: 365 Minutes

Servings: 4 Servings



  1. Place chicken thighs in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker. (You could use an Insta Pot as well, 10 minutes cooking time)

  2. Sprinkle seasonings over the thighs. Place the cover on the slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low for 6 hours.

    1. Remove the lid and using two forks, shred the meat.

    2. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, or chilled over a salad.

      Serving Size: 5 ounces of chicken is 1 Lean and 2 Condiment options.
