Ingredients
VINAIGRETTE

Juice of 2 lemons

1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion Seasoning

2/3 C white miso paste*

½ C extra virgin olive oil

2 T Stacey Hawkins Deluxe Honey Mustard

2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
SLAW
-
1 Bag Cole Slaw Mix (shredded cabbage & carrot blend)

½ C salted peanuts (or almonds, cashews, etc.)

2 C cooked, shredded chicken
Directions
VINAIGRETTE
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or mixing cup and blend vigorously using a stick blender. (Can do in a conventional blender as well.)
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
SLAW
Add cabbage mix, peanuts, and chicken to a bowl. Drizzle with the desired amount of dressing and toss to coat. Serve chilled.

* If you cannot find white miso paste, you can use alternate forms (brown, red, chickpea, etc) however, wait to add the Dash of Desperation until AFTER mixing as the other varieties can be quite salty. Taste after mixing and add Dash according to your taste preference.
