Missing Packages

All our packages (with the exception of Professional Kits which are shipped UPS) are shipped via the US Postal Service.   In the event your package is tracked as "delivered" but missing, please follow up with your Postal carrier. Most times, there's an easy answer and the package may be held in a postal locker, held at the post office, or another explainable reason :)  If the package remains missing, you may file a claim with the USPS here.
