Ingredients

1 ½ pounds steak* sliced into 1” chunks

¼ C beef broth

nonstick cooking spray

pinch Stacey Hawkins Sriracha Salt (if a little heat is desired)

Sliced scallions or parsley for garnish
Directions
Add beef, Mediterranean Seasoning and beef broth to a large zipper bag. Toss to coat and let marinade for 15 minutes, up to overnight.
Spray a large nonstick or cast iron skillet with cooking spray (or use 1 T oil or butter if not counting Optavia).
Remove the beef from the bag, leaving the marinade behind. Shake off excess and place the beef in the skillet. Cook on each side for 2 minutes until browned for a total cooking time of about 6-8 minute for medium rare. Add the marinade back to the pan and bring it to a simmer. Remove beef from the pan, sprinkle with garnish and let it rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
