Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on it. (Ok to omit if you don’ t have one)
Combine seasonings together in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of the ribs. Place the rib rack on the wire rack and add the apple juice. Seal the baking sheet in foil.
Place the sealed sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 1 hour or until meat starts coming off the bone.
Remove from the oven, take the ribs off the wire rack and cook under a broiler or on the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side until slightly browned.

NOTE: These can be made up to 1 day ahead of time! Simply skip the last step and wrap the ribs in plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. 1 hour before serving, let them come to room temp and then finish on the grill or under the broiler. Enjoy!
