Bruschetta (pronounced bruce-sket-ah) is a wonderfully versatile tomato topping with hundreds of uses. Make a batch & keep it in the fridge as a topping for chicken, over a salad, pour over a block of goat cheese & serve with crackers for a yummy appetizer and much more!

1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic Gusto Seasoning

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and toss to coat. Let sit for 20 minutes and then enjoy. May be placed in an airtight container and kept refrigerated for up to one week. Makes 2 cups.
