While traditional fried chicken is not on program, you can enjoy the crisp and crunch just as easily with this yummy recipe!

Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.
Sprinkle Tuscan Fantasy equally over all the chicken.
Sprinkle the panko over the chicken.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until done (165 as measured with a meat thermometer). Serve warm or chilled and sliced over a green salad.
