Ingredients

2 pounds pork loin chops, visible fat removed (add ½ pound if bones attached)

2 T fresh squeezed lemon juice

4 teaspoons Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil

1 Tablespoon Stacey Hawkins Rosemary Versatility Seasoning

pinch of Dash of Desperation Seasoning
Directions
Trim all visible fat from the chops. Brush with lemon oil and place in a small baking dish or container with a lid.
In a small bowl, combine the oil and seasonings. Rub over the chops. Cover with the lid or plastic wrap and keep refrigerated for 4 hours up to overnight.
Preheat outdoor grill to medium high heat. Place chops on the grill and cook for 9-12 minutes, turning once. Remove when internal temperature reaches 145° F.
*Alternate Cooking Method: Cook in a cast iron pan over medium high heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until temp reaches 145° F.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Serving size is 6 ounces of sliced pork, meat only.
