Juicy Rosemary Pulled Pork a Lean and Green Recipe
Warm, juicy and mouthwatering pork loin is a perfect match when paired with rosemary in this easy, delicious and 3 ingredient Lean and Green Recipe. Made in the crock pot, this delicious Optavia recipe is one you’ll want to make over and over again and that your family will simply love.
INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs pork loin, excess fat removed
1 C water
1 1/2 T Stacey Hawkins Rosemary Versatility Seasoning
1 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into the crock pot in order. Place the cover on and let it cook for 8-10 hours on low. Timing and tenderness will depend on the overall size of the meat. For thinner, longer pieces it will take a little less time, for thicker, stockier cuts (or those with bones) it will take a little longer.
When ready, remove the lid and carefully remove any bones. Using 2 large forks, shred the meat and toss it to coat in the juices in the crock pot. Serve warm as an entree, over salads, or over cauliflower rice. Also great chilled over greens or as a salad on zero carb rolls.
Medifast recipe servings / Take Shape for Life recipe servings / Optavia recipe servings / Lean and Green Recipe servings: 5 oz of pork is one lean serving and 1/4 condiment.
