Look no further than Compound Butter!
Compound butter is simply butter and other ingredients combined together which can be used as a kind of insta-sauce on top of cooked meat, vegetables or fish.
It's SUPER simple to make, keep and serve. Whenever you need instant flavor in a pinch- this will be your go to.

You can pretty much use ANY of our seasonings in a compound butter- even the Sinful Cinnamon and Awesome Autumn! (Think on top of oatmeal, toast, scones, pancakes, sweet potatoes, acorn or butternut (or other!) savory squashes...)

Add to the skillet for a quick sauce.
Put a pat on steamed or roasted veggies.
Plop on roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, meats, fish, chicken and more! Especially delicious on steamed or grilled corn on the cob.
Chef's Notes & More
Mix to combine and then put in an airtight container, or wrap in wax paper and roll up to make a stick or log. Refrigerate, slice and plop on whatever you need.
