Zucchini Chip Nachos

The KEY to making these flavorful and not watery is to infuse them with SH Roasted Garlic Oil and Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning while baking. Don't skip this step- it makes ALL the difference. Serve them piping hot with your favorite condiments (be sure to count accordingly) and enjoy without the guilt!
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Add the zucchini in a single layer. Sprinkle with Roasted Garlic Oil and lightly massage into both sides of the zucchini.
Sprinkle with Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning.
Bake for 5-10 minutes until zucchini reached desired crispness. 5 minutes for crisp-tender, 10 minutes for more of a tender.
Remove chips from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer, until cheese is bubbly.
Top with salsa and sour cream, divide into 4 equal servings and enjoy hot.
