In a large skillet, heat Roasted Garlic Oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until chicken is browned and firm.
Add artichokes and seasonings. Turn heat to medium and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, until artichokes are thoroughly heated and chicken is fully cooked.
