These NO Carb, No cook jicama taco "shells" are the PERFECT answer to higher carb and calorie alternatives.

In addition to being SUPER easy to make, they'll last in the fridge for up to a week and are crispy, crunchy and delicious.

Fill with your favorite taco filling, fish, chicken, steak, veggies and more!

Ingredients

1 pound jicama root piece, peeled.

Directions

Cut 1/2 inch from one end to create a flat surface, then peel the jicama.
Carefully slice the jicama 1/16 inch thick using a mandoline.
To store, add the jicama slices to a bowl and cover with water.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
