Truffle & Garlic Zucchini Noodles
Sweet, tender zucchini and tantalizing truffles combine together in this quick and easy side dish to make a mouthwatering Lean and Green recipe you won't soon forget!
Whether you make this as the base for sliced grilled steak, as a side dish for roasted chicken or as a vegetarian entrée, it's a recipe that's sure to please. Just sauté, shake and eat! 5 minutes to Y-U-M.
Using a spiralizer turn the zucchini into noodles (or use a vegetable peeler to make pappardelle style)
Pour the oil into a skillet and heat over medium high heat. If not using oil, skip to the next step.
Add the tomatoes to the pan and sprinkle with Tuscan Fantasy Seasoning. Stir to combine.
Add zucchini to the pan and, using tongs, toss gently until tomatoes are incorporated and zucchini is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
Divide the noodles into 4 equal portions and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of Truffle Black Garlic Parmesan Seasoning. Enjoy!
