Stacey’s Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette


1 C – olive, canola or vegetable oil
¼ C – Stacey Hawkins Balsamic Mosto Cotto
¼ C – Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion Seasoning
1 T – Dijon mustard
Place all ingredients in a blender
Pulse on high for one minute until thick
Pour into an airtight container
Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
