Ingredients
Directions
Place Valencia Orange Oil in the pan and heat over medium high heat.
Season tuna with Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning.
Place tuna in the hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred level of doneness. 3 minutes will be more rare in the middle, 5 will be more thoroughly cooked.
While the tuna is cooking, make the scallions.
Add SH Valencia Orange Oil to the pan.
Trim the scallions, setting the whites aside for another recipe.
Add the scallions to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat, until they wilt.
Season with SH Dash of Desperation Seasoning.
Divide the scallions into 4 portions and place on a plate with a tuna steak on top.
Serve hot as an entrée or make multiples and serve over salad the next day for lunch!
