Ingredients
- 1/3 C plain yogurt

- 1-2 lbs London broil
Directions
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and seasonings. Cover cutting board with plastic wrap, making sure to tuck the ends UNDER the board to hold it on.
- Smear both sides of meat with the yogurt mixture then wrap it with the plastic wrap. Marinade for 2o minutes up to overnight in the refrigerator.
When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium high heat. Place steak on heated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on temperature preference. Less time for rare/medium rare and longer time for medium/well.
- Remove steak from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serve hot as a main dish or sliced over a chilled salad for the next day.
