Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

4 tsp neutral oil (canola or vegetable NOT olive)

1 ½ T Stacey Hawkins Smokehouse Maple Blend
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together oil and seasoning. Let rest for 5 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
Set air fryer for 375° F and let preheat for 3-5 minutes.
While air fryer is heating, rub the sauce over the chicken breasts on all sides.
Air fry for 7-10 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken breast is 160° F. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.*

* This step is VERY critical. If you do not allow the chicken breast to rest and cut it immediately after taking out of the air fryer, you will lose all the juiciness and leave behind dry, tough chicken. Let it rest for best results.
