Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Spray a baking dish large enough to hold the salmon with nonstick cooking spray
Place the salmon in the dish and drizzle with Deluxe Honey Mustard. Using the back of a spoon, spread the mustard evenly over the fish.
Sprinkle the Dash of Desperation over the fish. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds if using.
Bake for 15-25 minutes depending on desired temperature and overall thickness of the fish.
Divide into 4 equal portions and serve hot.
