Mozzarella is a terrific Optavia Condiment but by itself, it lacks the flavor to be truly satisfying and often leaves you wanting more. When you add some Sicilian Tomato and Herb to it, however, NOW you've got something that gets people talking!
This quick and easy recipe for Herbed Mozzarella Cheese Balls can be made ahead of time, stores well in the fridge, and is not only a great condiment for your Optavia Lean and Green dishes, it also serves as a fabulous quick and easy appetizer for company!
Enjoy!
