Chop cauliflower into small pieces, (bite sized).
In a large pot, bring enough water to a rolling boil to cover the cauliflower. Cook cauliflower 6-8 minutes, until very tender, but not overdone. Drain cauliflower in a strainer.
With the pot empty, put a clean kitchen towel in the bottom. Pour the drained cauliflower back into the pot, on top of the towel & remove all excess water. Remove the towel, leaving the cauliflower behind. Add cream cheese, seasonings & 1/2 tsp broth to the pot.
Using an immersion blender (stick blender) or hand-held electric mixer, or potato masher, mash mixture until fluffy. Add more broth if necessary. Season with a pinch or two of Dash.
