Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Artichokes (slow cooker)

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes because it is so easy, you just throw it all in the slow cooker and walk away.

The results are hearty, tangy and everyone seems to just love it.  Perfect for a night when you won't be able to cook, or even better for a night when you just want the night off!

So rich and tasty you'll hardly believe it's a Lean and Green recipe!

Give this one a try and for sure, post your results. We can't wait to see your smiles!
