Ingredients

1 large bunch fresh basil leaves

2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning

3 T Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil

juice of one lemon

¼ C nuts- any variety (or shelled seeds like pumpkin or sunflower)

⅓ C Parmesan cheese, or other hard cheese, freshly grated

1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until somewhat smooth. Drizzle in additional oil as needed to get the desired consistency.
Place in an airtight container and drizzle a little layer of olive oil over the top of the pesto before putting the lid on to prevent browning. Refrigerate and enjoy!
