I feel like we are all starting to re-emerge after a REALLY long winter and so I wanted to say something I think you need to hear today:
You’re doing better than you think.
Even if you feel a little lost right now. Even if your motivation has been missing in action. Even if you’re going through the motions and wondering when you’ll feel like you again.
Like Spring, you are still showing up.
You’re still doing the things that don’t get applause—keeping life moving, caring for people, holding it together, making it work. And I know that can feel invisible sometimes… like you’re pouring from a cup no one notices.
But people do notice.
The people around you may not say it perfectly (or at all), but they feel your steadiness. Your heart. Your effort. The way you keep going, even when you’re tired.
And I want you to know something else, too: I see it.
I believe in you. I’m proud of you. And I appreciate you more than you probably realize.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to be worthy of love, pride, or progress.
You’re allowed to be a work in progress and still be deeply valuable.
You’re allowed to take small steps and call it a win.
You’re allowed to start again and bloom anew—without shame.
So if today is one of those days where you’re not sure what’s next… just do this: take one tiny step that supports you.
Drink the water. Take the walk. Make the dinner. Text the friend. Breathe for a minute longer than usual. Go feel the sun on your face...
Because you matter. More than you give yourself credit for.
And whether you feel it right now or not—there are so many people like me who are grateful you’re in their world.
Here's to a flavorful week-
