$2 Billion or a Simpler Solution?

They needed $2 Billion- You just need this...

Happy Monday Gorgeous,
This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the soon-to-be-reopened Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.

It’s been closed since 2017 (because apparently when you're old, iconic, and fabulous, you get to take seven years off for restoration—imagine!). The hotel has undergone a $2 BILLION renovation to bring her beauty, function, and sparkle back to life.
And let me tell you—she still has her good bones that make her so iconic and appreciated.

But now? She’s better than ever.

And it got me thinking...
Unlike the Waldorf, most of us don't have $2 billion and a team of architects to help us “get our glow on.” But the good news? We don’t need it.

     Yes, we’re all aging.
Yes, we’ve all got our chips, cracks, and creaky elevators.
But no, we’re not too far gone. Not even close.

You don’t need a complete overhaul—you just need to make some strategic choices to bring your sparkle and shine back.

Small ones. Daily ones. Ones that lift you bit by bit back to where you want to be.
And a good place to start is with what’s on your plate.

Good food in = good life out. And I’ve got your back with that, always.

But don’t stop there.
  •      Find the beauty in your day.
  •      Laugh whenever you get the chance.
  •      Release the BS that isn’t yours to carry (you know what I mean).
  •      And stop waiting for someone to put scaffolding around you and rescue you from your circumstances—because spoiler alert: you’re already the architectural hero of your own darn story.
Just like the Waldorf, your sparkle is always there. It just needs a little polish.

So go ahead and start this week with a little automatic glow generator:
     Nourish yourself.
     Move your body.
Reclaim your joy in the small things.
And if you need a hand? I’m right here.

Here’s to great bones, better eats, and beautiful beginnings... and as always YOUR flavorful life!
