Zesty Turkey and Kale Chili a Lean and Green Recipe
This easy, delicious lean and green recipe is perfect for a cold winter night or any time you’re craving comfort food. Full of protein, this turkey and kale chili can be done on the stove top or crock pot!
Add oil to a medium sized pot and heat over medium high heat**.
Add ground turkey and sprinkle with seasoning. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is opaque.
Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine and reduce heat to medium. Cover pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
Serve alone or over cauliflower rice. Serves 4
