Definitely use wild caught shrimp- I beg you not to buy the ones from Vietnam or Thailand (you can Google why... and I saw the farming 1st hand in Thailand !!) The flavor and texture, not to mention health benefits far outweigh the little extra cost.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat. Let sit while grill heats up.
- Preheat grill to medium high (about 350 degrees).
- Add the shrimp to a grill basket and place on the grill.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, tossing occasionally with tongs. You'll know they're thoroughly cooked when they are dark pink and opaque.
- Serve warm or chilled
