Ten Minute Tacos

2-3 lbs – Rotisserie Chicken
2 tsp (or however much you like) Stacey’s Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning
15 – 1/2 oz. Petite diced tomatoes
8-10 – Egg white tortillas or jicama tortillas
1 C – Shredded Cheese
1/2 C – Plain Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
1 – Avocado
1 – Lime
Shred the chicken with fingers or using 2 forks.
Add to a large microwaveable safe bowl and combine with tomatoes and phoenix sunrise seasoning.
Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes until warm.
Fill taco shells with seasoned chicken and top with your favorite condiments.
Serve with a spritz of fresh lime and enjoy.
