If you're like the rest of us, chicken is getting WAY boring. It's time to get a little creative- easily- and wind up with a meal that is thick, rich and oh so incredibly delicious. Oh, and did I mention the time savings?
Imagine sitting down to a meal that took you less than 2 minutes to make! This warm, rich, sweet and smoky pulled chicken lean and green recipe is just that. You simply throw 2 ingredients into the crock pot, put on the lid and walk away.
Later that day, come home to a mouthwatering dinner, that’s not only delicious, on program and fabulous, but pretty much cooked itself! The best part is that this recipe is SO versatile you can use it in many different ways, and even for multiple meals. Try it over salad, in a low-carb wrap (or lettuce / cabbage leaves) or just straight up. Any way it's delicious and totally guilt free.
I caution you though, make a double batch because this one will disappear and you’ll want leftovers the next day to put on a salad, in a blanched cabbage “taco” or just to reheat and eat by the mouthful. It’s THAT good!
Happy Cooking!
