Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast

1 T Stacey Hawkins Smokehouse Maple Blend

1 T canola oil
Directions
Preheat outdoor grill to medium high heat. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness- approximately ½”.
In a small bowl, combine Smokehouse Maple Seasoning and oil to make a paste.
Smear equal portions of rub on the chicken pieces and let sit for 5-10 minutes (or wrap in plastic wrap & store in the fridge up to overnight for even more flavor!)
Place chicken on the grill and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 7-9 minutes on each side until done to an internal temperature of 165° F. Rotate chicken frequently to prevent burning.
Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
