Perfect Pan Seared Tuna

Sometimes, no recipe is needed! 

~ 1 1/2 pounds of sushi quality tuna, 4 teaspoons Valencia Orange Oil, a splash of low sodium soy, squirt of wasabi paste, ~1 tablespoon of fresh ginger & 1 capful of Stacey Hawkins Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning.

Couldn't be easier!  BTW- you could use chicken or pork instead!

Serving would be 7 ounces of fish (1 Lean) and 1 Tablespoon Sauce (2 condiments for the sauce & seasoning on fish) 1 teaspoon Valencia Orange Oil (1 Healthy Fat)
