1 1/2 pounds of sushi quality tuna
4 teaspoons Valencia Orange Oil
1 capful of Stacey Hawkins Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning
a splash of low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
squirt of wasabi paste
Slice the steaks & season
Make the Sauce
Add oil to the pan and get it hot!
Sear for 3-4 minutes, until desire temperature is reached.
