The delicious flavor and aroma of tarragon with lemon on cod is a classic favorite. In this Lean and Green recipe, I combine the pan searing technique with cod pieces and coat in Stacey Hawkins Rockin’ Ranch seasoning for a delicious kick with almost no work. With lemon, garlic and tarragon as the main flavors in the ranch seasoning, it’s a perfect pairing!
Serve this with your favorite green side dish such as steamed broccoli or green beans! Tasty, easy, delicious and so totally a weight loss winner!
Grab some fresh fish and give this one a go tonight. You won't be disappointed.
Happy Cooking-
Stacey
