Grilled Caesar Salad and Bacon a Lean and Green Recipe

Let's combine salad, dinner AND grilling in this easy and delicious Lean and Green Recipe! Full of flavor, fun and crunch, we LOVE the char of grilled lettuce with the cool crisp bacon, tomatoes and dressing.

8 ounce romaine lettuce head (including trimmed core)
1 C cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
4 T reduced fat blue cheese or ranch dressing
2 T real bacon crumbles
2 T reduced fat Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
fresh cracked Stacey Hawkins Tricolore Peppercorns
Turn outdoor grill on to high heat. Place the salad serving plates in the fridge.
Trim the core of the lettuce, but keep the head intact. Cut in half lengthwise.
Brush both sides of the lettuce with Luscious Lemon Oil. Season with Rockin' Ranch Seasoning.
Grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side as per instructions in video.
Place each half on a chilled plate. Garnish with equal amounts of dressing, bacon bits, tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with a pinch of Cyprian Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper. Serve immediately.
