Place oil in a large nonstick frying pan and heat over medium high heat.
Add the fish fillets to the skillet and sprinkle with seasoning.
Cook for 2 minutes then flip the fish over.
Cook an additional 1-2 minutes more until fish is opaque and flaky.
Serve hot.
