Finger Licking BBQ Crock Pot Chicken- Lean & Green Recipe
1.5 lbs. – Boneless Skinless Chicken (thigh or breasts)
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Honey BBQ Seasoning
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Garlic & Spring Onion Seasoning
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Southwestern Seasoning or Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning
- Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with all seasonings.
- Toss to coat.
- Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until fork tender.
- Shred with 2 forks and serve over rolls, salad, in burritos or enjoy straight up!
