We LOVE the flavor, creaminess and style of Boursin cheese! Sometimes, However, it can be hard to find. With this SIMPLE 2 ingredient recipe you can make a batch and have it in the fridge at all times.

It's an awesome condiment for vegetables, potatoes (if not on a low carb diet) and meats. It's also excellent to have in the fridge for unexpected company- simply put a few dollops in a bowl and serve with veggies for a guilt-free, and totally impressive snack!

Ingredients

1 8 ounce package low-fat (NOT nonfat) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 T (one capful) Stacey Hawkins Garlic Gusto Seasoning

Directions

Place softened cream cheese in a bowl and sprinkle with Garlic Gusto seasoning.
Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients together until light and fluffy.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week. May also be frozen.
