6 C assorted colored cauliflower florets (1” pieces) [21 ounces of raw cauliflower]
4 tsp Stacey Hawkins Luscious Lemon Oil
1 tsp Stacey Hawkins Lit Garlic Seasoning
-or- Stacey Hawkins Citrus Dill Seasoning
4 T reduced fat Parmesan cheese, finely grated
4 T Stacey Hawkins Lemon Pepper Panko
Natural sea salt if desired
Heat oil in a large, nonstick and oven safe frying pan.
Add cauliflower florets and Lit Garlic (or Citrus Dill) to the oil and cook on medium high for 10-12 minutes, until fork tender and slightly browned. Stir occasionally.
Sprinkle cauliflower with cheese and panko. Place under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned and crispy. Serve hot.
