Citrusy Chicken and Asparagus Rice Sauté

This low carb, on program recipe for Citrusy Chicken With Asparagus Rice Sauté combines the flavors of lemon and dill with juicy chicken.
When served over our asparagus studded cauliflower rice, it creates a meal you're going to love!
Slice chicken breasts into 1/4" thin strips. Set aside.
Slice asparagus into 1/2" pieces on an angle (bias). Set aside.
Add 2 teaspoons of Luscious Lemon oil to a large frying pan over medium high heat.
When hot, add asparagus pieces and sauté for 2 minutes until bright green. Season with Dash of Desperation.
Add the cauliflower rice and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes until hot and tender. Place in a bowl with a plate over the top of it to keep warm. Set it aside.
Put the pan back on the stove and add remaining 2 tsp of Luscious Lemon Oil and heat until sizzling.
Add the chicken, sprinkle with Citrus Dill Seasoning and sauté for 7-9 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Add the asparagus rice back into the pan and toss to combine. Heat for 1-2 minutes until hot. Pour mixture back into the bowl or divide into 4 equal portions and serve. Enjoy!
