Cheesy Garlic Chicken Bake

We LOVE easy and we love cheesy and this recipe satisfies BOTH! So delicious you won't believe that it's a low carb recipe AND an Optavia Lean and Green Recipe!

nonstick cooking spray
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
pinch Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
1 C reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion Seasoning -OR-
1 T Stacey Hawkins Lit Garlic Seasoning
4 T Stacey Hawkins Herbed Butter Crumb Panko
fresh parsley for garnish if desired
Spray 9x12 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and preheat oven to 375° F.
Place a chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, or in a large zipper bag. Using a meat mallet or a small frying pan, pound the chicken to ½” thickness. Repeat with all pieces of meat.
Place chicken in the pan and sprinkle with a pinch of Dash of Desperation Seasoning.
In a small bowl, combine together cheese and garlic seasoning. Sprinkle equally over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle Herbed Panko over the cheese.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until cooked, but not overcooked. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before sprinkling with parsley and serving.
Serve warm as a main course, or serve chilled and sliced as a salad topping, sandwich or wrap. Enjoy!
