Ingredients

20 oz cooked shredded chicken, 98% fat free*

8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled

3.5 oz celery, diced small

5 oz yellow bell pepper, diced small

6 T light mayonnaise

2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Rockin’ Ranch Seasoning

1 tsp Stacey Hawkins Lit Garlic Seasoning

10 oz cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half

6 oz ripe avocado, cut into cubes

8 oz Boston Bibb or butter lettuce
Directions
Add chicken, bacon, celery and peppers to a bowl. Toss to combine. Add mayonnaise, Rockin’ Ranch and Lit Garlic Seasonings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Gently mix in the tomatoes and avocado. Set aside for 15 minutes to let flavors develop.
Divide into 4 equal portions. Serve over shredded lettuce as a salad, or place in lettuce cups for a great hand-held dish. Enjoy!
