Asian Cabbage Rice a Lean and Green Meal Recipe

Directions
Mince cabbage into a fine, rice like texture.
On medium heat, sauté cabbage, peppers and spices in water for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze 1-2 slices of lime over the cabbage and simmer for another 3-5 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed.
Remove from heat and mix in fresh, minced cilantro just before serving. Sprinkle with green onion for color.
