So easy, so delicious!
Here's a great way to take your Optavia Honey Sweet Potatoes and turn them into a delicious muffin.

Ingredients
- 1 packet Optavia Honey Sweet potatoes
- 2 Tablespoon liquid egg (like Eggbeaters)

3 T water
- 1/4 tsp baking powder

2 pinches Stacey Hawkins Awesome Autumn Seasoning

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (a toaster oven or the air fryer work great).
Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 pinch of Cinnamon together into a bowl.
Grease 2 muffin tins (or 2 small dishes about 1/2 C each) with nonstick cooking spray.
Leftovers of the little square baking "pans" that come with other Optavia Fuelings work well for this too.
Spoon equal amounts of the mixture into the 2 baking dishes.
Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Bake for 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.*
Verify with a toothpick (stick it in the middle and if it comes out clean, it's done.)
Enjoy warm!
