Stacey- I made your Lemon ginger garlic chicken from the Lean & Green Recipe Cookbook in the crockpot yesterday....OMG....over the top...then I thickened the juice with corn starch and put it over riced cauliflower.....yummy!!

I saw this recommended in a soup recipe on Pinterest. Not only was it great in the soup, I have used it on brussel sprouts in air fryer, chicken and fish on the grill and eggs. Very versatile.
