My Favorite 5 Minute Meal

When you only have a few minutes, this 5 Minute Lemony Shrimp & Feta recipe is the perfect go-to! If you don't have any spinach on hand, no worries!
Cook the recipe without it, and add the shrimp to a salad, noodles, rice, or even just over steaming zucchini, broccoli, or green beans!
Ingredients

1-2 C precooked shrimp

1 T Stacey Hawkins Luscious Lemon Oil
-
½ to 1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion

1 bag baby spinach*

Feta cheese
Directions
Add the oil to a hot pan and bring to temperature. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side until opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside to keep warm.
Add the spinach and seasoning to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Immediately add the shrimp back to the pan to heat through (no more than 30 seconds to 1 minute).
Plate, sprinkle with a crumble of feta cheese and serve warm.
