This quick and easy recipe for Tender Baked Sesame Chicken is one that is not only good for those looking for low carb recipes, but it's also fabulous for weeknight family meals that are sure to please. With just a few ingredients, you can transform the humble chicken breast into a dinner masterpiece.

The key to keeping the chicken moist and juicy is to not overtake it. By pulling it out of the oven before it is overcooked and letting it rest to come to cooked temperature, you keep the juices inside. No more dry chicken! And while you're cooking, use the oven to your advantage and roast some potatoes and / or veggies right along with it for a no-fuss meal.

Enjoy and Happy cooking!

Stacey

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken, breasts or thighs

  • 4 teaspoons Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons Stacey Hawkins Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Brush chicken pieces with Roasted Garlic Oil and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour any unused oil in & around the chicken in the dish.

  3. Sprinkle chicken with Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning and pat it on with your fingers so that it sticks to the chicken.

  4. Bake for 18-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. Pull it out of the oven when it reaches 160° F. Tent the baking dish with aluminum foil and let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165° F and is ready to serve.
