Ingredients
4 C chicken broth
2 C tricolor quinoa
2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Farmhouse Chicken & Veggie Seasoning
1 - 12 oz package of green beans (or 2 cups)
4 salmon filets (1 ⅓ pound or so total)
4 T Honey
1-2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Cinnamon Chipotle Seasoning
Pinch of Dash of Desperation
Directions
Bring broth to a boil in a medium pot. Add Farmhouse Chicken Seasoning and quinoa. Stir, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from the heat, and let stand until ready to eat.
Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Line the basket with a liner or spray with nonstick spray. Transfer salmon into the air fryer and sprinkle with a pinch or Dash of Desperation. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then drizzle each filet with a tablespoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon Chipotle seasoning. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes until done. Cook longer for well-done salmon, or less for rare salmon.
While salmon is in the air fryer, rinse the green beans. Steam, microwave, or saute until cooked. Drain and sprinkle with a pinch of Dash of Desperation seasoning (and butter or olive oil if desired).
Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve it with the salmon and green beans for an unforgettable meal you’ll devour!
