Ingredients

  • ¾ pound (352g) fresh brussels sprouts, ends trimmed & cut in ½
  • 4 teaspoons Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil
  • ¼ C low sodium chicken broth
  • ½ tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash Desperation Seasoning
  • 4 Tablespoon Stacey Hawkins Herbed Butter Cracker Panko, divided
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Trim & cut brussels sprouts.

  2. Place the sprouts in a large bowl with the oil, broth, Dash and 2 Tablespoons each of the Herbed Butter Cracker Panko and the Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

  3. Add sprout mixture to an 8” square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Herbed Butter Cracker Panko and Parmesan Cheese.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until sprouts are fork tender and topping is golden.

  5. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings
