Shrimp can dry out... fast. Especially when you're cooking it under high heat. To protect the shrimp, simply use this dry brine method about an hour before proceeding with your recipe. It's quick, easy, and produces consistently plump and juicy shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 Tsp Stacey Hawkins Sassy Sea Salt

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour.

  2. Rinse, dry well and proceed with your recipe.
