Mozzarella is a terrific Optavia Condiment but by itself, it lacks the flavor to be truly satisfying and often leaves you wanting more.  When you add some Sicilian Tomato and Herb to it, however, NOW you've got something that gets people talking!

This quick and easy recipe for Herbed Mozzarella Cheese Balls can be made ahead of time, stores well in the fridge, and is not only a great condiment for your Optavia Lean and Green dishes, it also serves as a fabulous quick and easy appetizer for company!

Enjoy!

Stacey

Ingredients

  • 1 container mozzarella balls in water ( I love using the pearls size)
  • 4 teaspoons Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Stacey Hawkins Sicilian Tomato and Herb Seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt if desired

Directions

  1. Drain the mozzarella and add to a medium sized bowl.

  2. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasoning and a pinch of salt.

  3. Toss to combine and pour into a container with a lid. Let sit for 1 hour up to overnight before serving to let flavors blend together.
