Ingredients

1 pound orzo pasta

12 ounces cooked chicken sausage, any style, cut into 1” chunks

2 C baby spinach

2 C cherry tomatoes

5 ounces cream cheese

2 ¾ C chicken broth

1 T Stacey Hawkins Garlic Gusto Seasoning

1 T Stacey Hawkins Roasted Garlic Oil

1 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Add the uncooked orzo, sausage, tomatoes and spinach to a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Chop the cream cheese up into 6-8 pieces and scatter around the dish. Mix the broth, oil, and seasonings together in a mixing cup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Dash of Desperation, Bake for 30-40 minutes (until the orzo is cooked the way you like), mix & enjoy!
